Toni has been a USCCA Certified Instructor since 2024 and has spent much of her instructional years teaching the Women's curriculum. Toni is also certified to teach the full breadth of our Concealed Carry & Home Defense Fundamentals curricula.

Toni, Managing Partner of Sutter Williams, LLC, has been practicing law for 35+ years, having passed the bar in 1991. She is admitted to all courts in the states of Pennsylvania , the West Virginia. She is also the 3rd and 4th Federal Circuits Courts of Appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America (SCOTUS). Toni has also been recognized by her peers in Pennsylvania as a Pennsylvania Superlawyer and has been recognized annually in Best Lawyers in America since 2015, Published by Wood & White, and is a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
